CHICKEN n CIGARETTES (1998)! "The saddest cartoon in the world!" says Scott Hinze of Fanboy Radio. This is one of my early cartoons. The video taken directly from a VHS tape of my pubic access TV show from the 90s.Grainy, dirty, no animation....everything you could expect and hope for from a Jim Lujan cartoon.
