Last night my film PRINCE OF POMONA won best film at the 4th annual 909 Film Festival. I wasn't able to attend in person, my good friend Lonnie Millsap accepted the award for me. Does that mean I'm so big I can send people to accept awards for me now?? No, I was actually at a fundraiser for Children's Cancer. Now THAT is a good reason to miss! Seriously, THANK YOU to everyone that attended and thank you to event organizer Eddie Gonzalez for creating such an outstanding event to promote filmmakers EAST of Hollywood!
