Hours: 11 a.m.-9 p.m. Sunday-Thursday; 11 a.m.-10 p.m. Friday and Saturday.

Type of food: "Texican" - Mexican, Tex-Mex, New Mexican and steaks.

Atmosphere: Lujan's is a fun, lively, family-friendly environment with excellent service. If you prefer something more relaxed, ask to sit in the smoke-free, full-service bar where you can also enjoy the full menu with an ice cold beer or frosty margarita.

Lujan's Mexican Restaurant at 101st Street and Slide Road offers family-friendly environment. The business is owned by a husband and wife team and has been in town since 1991.

Reservations or call ahead? No.

Alcohol served:Yes. Full bar, separate bar area with live music on select weeknights.

Cost and description of highest-priced entree and lowest-priced entree: $16.99 for a 10-ounce, hand-cut, marinated rib eye steak charbroiled. Served with two cheese enchiladas, beans and tortillas. The lowest-priced item is $5.99 and is a two-enchilada, one-taco combo.

Children's menu? Yes. $3.99 per meal; coloring menu and crayons provided.

Tuesday-Friday, $5.99-$6.99.

Wheelchair accessible?Yes.

Changing table? Yes. Also, separate unisex family rest room that also is wheelchair accessible.

High chairs? Yes.

Patio Seating? Coming soon.

Smoking area inside? No.

Take-out or delivery available? Take-out.
